REGENPLAST is operated by Econnect America, Inc. This policy explains how Econnect America, Inc. handles the personal information collected through this website.

Quote requests

When you send a quote request, we store the details you enter in the form to answer it:

• Name, company, work email and delivery address (required)
• Phone number, request details and your answer to "How did you find us?" (optional)
• Campaign tags in the link you used to reach the page (for example utm_source), and a record that you agreed to this policy

If you email us artwork or design files, we also keep that email and its attachments with your request.

Use. Only to prepare and send your quote, contact you about it, and see which channels bring us enquiries. We do not use it for marketing emails unless you separately agree. Where a law requires a legal basis, we process your request to take the steps you asked for before a possible contract, and campaign tags and the "How did you find us?" answer for our legitimate interest in understanding which channels bring us enquiries.

Retention. As our own policy, we delete quote requests that do not lead to an order, from both our form records and our email, 3 years after your last enquiry. If a request becomes an order, we keep the order records for as long as the law requires, and we may keep information longer where needed to resolve a dispute.

The form saves your product selections in your own browser so you can continue later. Your contact details and address are not saved there, and the selections are cleared when you submit.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the website and handle your request:

• Webflow, Inc. — website and form hosting
• Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365) — email
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) — website analytics, described below

They may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. We do not share your contact details or delivery address with manufacturers, and we do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, and Google may collect this information across other websites over time. We look at it as aggregate statistics and do not link it to the details you enter in the quote form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting our Sales team. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you.
